What the club requires
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These terms describe the SmoothWizard Loyalty Club (panel: pay.smoothwizard.com/my-account/club and PL path pay.smoothwizard.com/pl/my-account/club). This is not the partner program (commission / cash-out). Using the club, claiming quest points, or submitting a video means you accept these terms as they read on the date of that action.
Organizer
- The organizer is Artur Spychalski, conducting business as SkullMedia Artur Spychalski, entered in the Polish CEIDG register, NIP 5922292367, REGON 524191477 (the Organizer / Pay).
- Contact: [email protected].
- Place of business: Poland. Governing law: Polish law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Membership
- Participation is voluntary and free of charge. It is not an employment contract, a contract of mandate, a contract for a work, or a paid influencer deal.
- Every registered Pay account gets an automatically generated hash code. Users cannot pick a custom string.
- Point accrual and claims require a verified email. The code is still provisioned at registration.
- Self-referral (your own code) is ignored. The Organizer may reverse points and block the club for abuse (including multiple accounts of the same person, bots, fake videos).
Discount and points (Punky Many, PM)
- Friend: 5% off catalog Pro, unless a partner code is on that charge.
- You: 5% points from the net amount (ex-VAT 23%) of what the friend actually paid (after % discount and after their point spend).
- The optional partner network (root / subordinate, two levels max, cash-out) belongs only to the partner program. The club does not join that network and does not feed the commission pool.
- 1 PM = 1 grosz PLN. Points are checkout credit on Pro only - no cash-out, transfer, sale, or conversion to partner balance.
- Points (including quests) are not cash, wages, a bonus, a cash prize, or a cash benefit. Pay does not pay out money for PM and does not withhold PIT on them - there is no cash payout.
- The club is not a lottery, a prize draw, or a gambling game under the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009. Quest PM are not awarded by chance.
Checkout order
- Percent discounts (promo / club 5% / partner 20%) do not stack - the higher amount off wins.
- A partner code on the charge turns off club 5% for the buyer and club point accrue for the referrer. Promo vs partner still works as today.
- Own points may be spent after the % discount, including next to a partner discount, when you confirm an amount (like a promo code). That amount applies to the next Pro payment only. Later cycles stay at the % price unless you confirm again. If you have no points at charge time, there is no point discount. It is not applied unless you confirm.
Minimum to charge (operators)
- Never 0.00 except deferral / trial. Pay does not promise a 1 PLN leftover.
- Stripe: we do not spend points below the operator's documented minima (today PLN 2.00 / USD 0.50 / EUR 0.50 / GBP 0.30). Operator docs may change.
- PayPal Direct: the operator does not publish a Stripe-like table. Pay uses a PLN 5.00 buffer (or FX equivalent, never below Stripe min), because tiny amounts are risky on renewals, FX, and disputes.
- If the amount after % is already below the PayPal floor, we do not raise the price - point spend is simply 0.
- Methods inside Stripe Checkout (Klarna, BLIK, Revolut Pay) may have higher floors - then that method disappears; card/BLIK within Stripe limits stay.
FIFO lots
- Each 5% accrual from a friend's purchase is a lot: 14-day hold, 12-month validity from the lot date. Spend consumes the oldest available lots first.
- Bonus quest points may be spendable immediately (no 14-day hold), with 12-month validity from the lot date, unless the Pay catalog says otherwise.
- Refunds reverse accrue and restore spend to the same lots (proportionally on partial refunds).
Attribution
- A saved club code stays on renewals until the buyer sets a partner code or another club code.
- /r/ partner replaces club. /r/ club does not overwrite a saved partner code.
Bonus quests - common rules
- Quests are optional. The list, amounts, and on/off state come from the Pay catalog (club panel / Organizer settings). The catalog below is the product on this document's update date. The Organizer may change the list and amounts; a material change should be reflected here.
- 1 PM = 1 grosz PLN, Pro checkout discount only - not cash and not wages.
- The video quest is not a contract for a work, a contract of mandate, or a paid collaboration (no cash fee for the content).
- Claim / award requires a verified email where the panel requires it.
- Quest amounts do not create a claim to a specific value where the catalog or staff review (video) says otherwise. Video bounds are a scoring range, not a rate card for views.
Quest catalog (amounts in PM)
- Daily Pay login - 1 to 10 PM. Not auto-granted. Open the club page and claim once per calendar day (Europe/Warsaw). Day 1 = 1 PM, then +1 PM for each further claim day, up to 10 PM. Keep claiming every day and the login award stays at 10 PM. Miss a calendar day (no claim) and the award drops back to 1 PM. The day counter in the menu may grow with no cap of 10; the cap of 10 applies only to PM for this quest.
- Connect Discord - 20 PM, once per Pay account. Link on connected accounts. Linking again on the same Pay account does not repeat the award. The same Discord on several Pay accounts may be treated as abuse and reversed.
- Connect Steam - 5 PM, once per Pay account. Same as above, for Steam.
- Connect Twitch - 5 PM, once per Pay account. Same as above, for Twitch.
- Launch SmoothWizard - 50 PM, once per Pay account. First active device from the official SmoothWizard Windows desktop app. The device must show as active in the Pay panel. Emulators, unofficial builds, and fake HWID may be rejected.
- Friend buys Pro - 250 PM, one-time. Signup from the link / code = 0 PM for this quest. The award is granted automatically when the first friend pays for Pro with a club code (no partner code on that charge). Later friends do not grant this quest again. The 5% PM from net paid in § 3 is separate and still accrues on every such purchase (14-day hold).
- Record a video about the app - 100 to 2000 PM, staff review, no submission cap. Details: next section. The default staff slider (if unchanged) is 1000 PM - that is not a guarantee to the participant.
Video quest (TikTok, YouTube and similar)
Submission:
- A public https URL (https protocol, hostname with a dot, max 500 characters). http, local files, non-https shorteners, private accounts, or content that only opens after logging into your account are invalid.
- No submission cap. A rejection does not close the quest - you may send another link. Only one submission may wait in review at a time.
- The staff note (accept or reject) is visible on the Pay account. The Organizer aims to review a submission within 30 business days of the link being sent; this is an instructional target and may take longer during high submission volume.
- The video must be about the SmoothWizard app (Windows 10/11). A shop screenshot alone, someone else's video, an ad for another app, or off-topic content = reject (0 PM).
TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and other vertical short-form (TikTok-style):
- Public account and public video. Staff must open the content without logging into the participant's account.
- Length: minimum 15 seconds, maximum 3 minutes.
- SmoothWizard must be visible: a screen recording of the app or a clearly recognizable UI. The name SmoothWizard in speech or on-screen captions.
- Vertical framing is allowed. Music and image: only works and likenesses the participant has rights to (including the platform sound library if that platform's terms allow it).
- Prohibited: unlawful content, hate speech, nudity, malware, misleading the Organizer's identity, stolen clips, fake FPS / benchmark tests presented as an independent lab.
YouTube (long-form, not Shorts):
- Public status. Private does not count. Unlisted may be rejected if review or a public character check is impractical.
- Length: minimum 60 seconds. Recommended 3-12 minutes. Staff may reject spam, empty padding, and content that is not about the app.
- On the video or in the description: SmoothWizard and that it is a Windows 10/11 app. Show real features, not only a shop page screenshot.
- YouTube Shorts follow the TikTok rules (15 s - 3 min, short-form rules above).
What the points are for (100-2000 PM):
- 100 PM (floor): the video meets the platform rules in this section, is honest, about SmoothWizard, watchable (picture / audio or captions), and the public link works.
- Toward 1000 PM (default staff slider, not a guarantee): a clear demo of real features, decent edit, understandable commentary or captions.
- Toward 2000 PM (cap): meaningful reach at review time or exceptional usefulness (a tutorial, an original angle), without breaking the rules.
- Staff decide at review time. Views, likes, and comments may be considered, but they do not create a formula or a claim to 2000 PM ("I had X views so I am owed the maximum").
- 0 PM / reject: broken link, private profile, stolen content, spam, misleading claims, not about SmoothWizard, or a breach of law or the platform's terms.
- The participant must label the submitted content per the Polish Competition Authority's (UOKiK) influencer guidelines (e.g. #ad, #selfpromotion, #SmoothWizard) - receiving PM points for a video is a material benefit under those guidelines, even though it is not a cash payment. The participant must not present PM as a cash payment from SmoothWizard, or imply a paid cash collaboration that does not exist. Points are only a checkout discount.
Licence in submitted content (UGC):
- The participant states they created the video or have the rights needed to submit it and to grant the licence below.
- They grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the video and its excerpts on the following fields of exploitation: recording and reproduction by any technique (including digital), storing in computer memory and on the Internet, public performance and display, and making it available to the public in such a way that anyone can access it at a place and time of their choosing (including social media) - solely to promote SmoothWizard: the marketing site, Pay, the Organizer's profiles, including advertising materials. Use by hosting and ads subcontractors is only for that purpose and to that extent.
- The licence is granted for the term of economic copyright. If, after 5 years from the grant, Article 68(2) of the Polish Copyright Act applies (the licence becomes a licence for an indefinite term), the notice period is 12 months, effective at the end of a calendar year. The participant may terminate the licence for the future at any time, subject to that notice period. Copies already published may remain in campaign archives for a reasonable time needed to withdraw them.
- Deleting the video on the platform does not require the Organizer to immediately delete lawfully made marketing copies. Likeness / GDPR requests: [email protected].
Cookie
- A guest on /r/CODE may get cookie sw_club_code (~30 days), then attach after login - see the privacy policy.
Personal data
- The controller is the Organizer in § 1. Account, code, quest, and submitted video URL data are processed under the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not covered here also follow the SmoothWizard shop terms.
- Disputes with Participants who are consumers are heard by the ordinary courts competent under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure (generally the court for the consumer's place of residence). For other Participants, the court competent for the Organizer's place of business applies.
Complaints
- Club complaints: [email protected] or via the Pay account. The Organizer reviews them within 14 days of a complete filing.
Changes
- The Organizer may change these terms, the quest catalog, and PM amounts for valid reasons: a change in the law, requirements from payment providers or platforms (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, TikTok, YouTube), IT security, or preventing abuse. Material changes are announced at least 14 days before they take effect, by updating this page and/or a notice in the club panel. A Participant who does not accept a change may close their club account before it takes effect. Further use of the club after that date means acceptance of the new text, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
