- General Provisions
- The affiliate program run by SkullMedia Artur Spychalski aims to promote the application by sharing promotional codes by users.
- Participation in the program is voluntary and free of charge.
- Payments
- Commissions are charged for each sale made using the promotional code.
- The minimum amount to be paid is PLN 100. [Soon, amounts below this amount can be used for purchases on the website.]
- Payments are made to the account provided by the participant in the account settings or in another form selected by the participant from the available payment methods.
- Available commission payment methods: BLIK, Standard transfer, PayPal and (store balance *Coming soon)
- Payment Settlement Rules
- Participants are required to independently settle income obtained from the program in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
- The organizer is not responsible for participants’ failure to meet their tax obligations.
- Promotional Codes
- Each participant can create unique promotional codes via their account.
- Promotional codes can be freely shared and used by customers in in order to obtain discounts.
- Liability
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations and to suspend or terminate the program at any time.
- Participants undertake to comply with the regulations and act in a manner consistent with the law.
- Complaints
- Complaints regarding the program should be reported to the e-mail address [email protected], and the organizer undertakes to consider them within 14 days.
- Changes to the Regulations
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations and undertakes to inform participants about any changes.
