SmoothWizard 2.0.1.3 – faster startup, settings import, and more free FPS options

August 23, 2026 · Version 2.0.1.3 · Windows 10/11 x64

SmoothWizard 2.0.1.3 is about day-to-day use: a faster launch, more reliable settings load and save, profile backup, and a lighter minimize-to-tray path. Free optimization also gets many new options aimed at FPS.

Faster startup and more reliable settings

We improved application startup and how some settings are read from SmoothWizard files. Saving is more solid, so after a Windows reboot or a tray close your config should come back the way you left it.

Import and export settings

You can export settings to a file and load them on another PC or after a reinstall. That is a backup before a format and an easy way to share presets with the community, without rebuilding everything by hand.

New mini and full update-check windows

The app now has two update views: a mini check when you only want to know if a build is waiting, and a full window with more context. Less bouncing to the site, more information inside SmoothWizard.

Tray via pipeline: faster and lighter

Minimize to tray no longer uses the old path. Pipeline windows hide the app faster and cut RAM and CPU use while SmoothWizard sits in the tray during a match.

More FPS options in free optimization

Free gets new switches in basic optimization. The goal is higher FPS and lower input lag without PRO. PRO still has the full set, but the free plan does not stand still.

FAQ

Will import overwrite my current settings?

Yes. Loading a file replaces the saved profile. Export first if you want a copy of what you have now.

Does the new tray path require PRO?

No. The minimize pipeline works for everyone. It is an engine change, not a paid feature.

Where is the version history?

On the changelogs page. This post covers 2.0.1.3.
