PRO overlay and FPS counter

You see the frames. In PRO you also see what cuts them.

Basic keeps the FPS number, with no overlay on the game. PRO adds an overlay while you play: 1% low, average, PC counters, a crosshair and a chip that names what on this PC may be cutting frames.

Custom crosshair · FPS overlay

The PRO trial includes the overlay. After the trial, the crosshair and the limit check stay in PRO.

We asked FACEIT. We are waiting for an answer. We asked whether an overlay crosshair of this kind fits their rules. Until FACEIT replies, silence is not a yes. Check the rules yourself before a ranked match.
limit Discord 8%
Basic

The counter only.

An FPS number, with no window over the game. No crosshair and no list of what limits frames.

186FPS
  • Turn the counter on and play.
  • It draws nothing in the middle of the screen.
  • It does not need the PRO overlay.
PRO

An overlay while you play.

A separate window over the game: FPS, 1% low, a crosshair and a limit chip. The game stays untouched. The overlay does not enter the process and does not read game memory.

  • 1% low is the pace of the slowest frames, not the average of the whole session.
  • A live counter, or a measurement that stays in history.
  • Crosshair: ready shapes, your own drawing, or a PNG.
  • The PRO limit chip names what may be cutting frames on this PC right now.
  • Your own PNG, a drawing, or a ready shape. The custom crosshair stays in the overlay, not in the game files.

PRO

A custom crosshair for Fortnite and other games.

People look for a custom Fortnite crosshair, and also Valorant, CS2, Apex Legends, Warzone and Minecraft. You set it once in SmoothWizard. A shape, your own drawing, or your own PNG. It reaches the middle of the screen only with the PRO overlay, as its own window.

The FPS counter is in Basic and draws nothing over the game. The in-game counters are in PRO: FPS, 1% low, average, CPU, RAM, GPU, clocks and temperatures. Finding the PC limit is in PRO too. The chip says what on this computer may be holding frames back, before you start guessing.

Limit chip

First you see what cuts the frames.

The chip names the cause. Then you know what to close, and the counter comes back.

Discord is using the CPU in the background. Close it while you play and the frames come back.

The overlay in the app

The same three cards as in the SmoothWizard window.

The overlay is one tab in the app, next to Home and Tools. Inside are Performance, Crosshair and Look. Basic sees a paywall. Trial and PRO open the settings. Below is that screen from the 1:1 demo, not a separate sketch.

Performance

HUD on or off, FPS, 1% low, average, CPU, RAM, GPU, clocks, temperatures and the limit chip. Each row can be turned off.

Crosshair

Shapes, a drawing, a PNG, color, outline, shadow and a code you can copy. The middle of the screen stays the aim point.

Look

HUD color, screen corner, scale and opacity. The overlay stays a separate window over the game.

In the frame, open Crosshair to see the shapes. On a FREE license that same tab shows the paywall.

The counter first. The overlay when you want a crosshair.

The download is Basic. You turn the overlay on with the PRO trial.

The crosshair is a separate system window. It does not change game files, enter the process, or read memory. Before a ranked game or a tournament platform, check their rules. We asked FACEIT whether this overlay crosshair is allowed and we are waiting. You are responsible for using a crosshair in a given game. SmoothWizard does not guarantee that a publisher or an anti-cheat will allow the overlay. Exclusive fullscreen hides the overlay window. Borderless keeps it visible.
